The food and service were excellent. We were very impressed with the range and quality of our meals and would recommend the Corner Bistro as one of the better options for dining out in beautiful Mangawhai. We can't wait to come back to sample more of the menu ☺

We ate here for dinner. The eggplant parmigiana had a lot of very tasty sauce. We enjoyed the caprese salad especially. Our friend had the duck leg and said it was absolutely delicious, accompanied by beautifully flavoursome vegetables. She had the crème brûlée and we had the chocolate fondant with raspberry sorbet for dessert. That fondant was the most delicious we have had anywhere. Great wine list with all available by the glass. This restaurant is a cafe during the day so it’s not perhaps got the ambience of a restaurant. But the food and cheerful service more than compensated for the surroundings.
